All personal data submitted through the Site by the User and by any other way that TSR WIND provides will be fully included within a personal data file owned by the latter, duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and maintained under TSR WIND’s responsibility. The purpose of such personal data file is determined by TSR WIND according to current regulation.

In the event the User accesses to the Site in order to browse and consult information by their own, TSR WIND shall only keep information related to IP address used to access the Site, date and time of access, Internet address containing the link that redirected the User to the Site for statistical data purposes only.

In case of Registered User, in accordance with the conditions stated in the Legal Document, Solute may request the certain identification credentials granted by TSR WIND previously.

In particular, TSR WIND shall include into data personal file certain information like names, email address in the Contact Area included in the Site. Specifically, the User fully understands and agrees the conditions stated in the current Privacy Policy and the regulations in which is supported.
