Overview
External inspections can be performed with either the EOLOS robot or via drone using the BOREAS application. In both cases, detailed imaged are captured and delivered to TSR´s server, equipping our blade experts with the necessary data for their analysis and recommendations.
Report contents
Images of all four blade surfaces are reconstructed in the TSR Inspector platform to provide a comprehensive image of the entire blade. Following data acquisition, TSR’s blade experts conduct a thorough analysis, producing a TSR Inspector report that includes inspection imagery, quantified damage assessments, downloadable technical reports, and supplementary findings.

Safety
Worker safety is increased by replacing the need for technicians to work at height and allowing them to monitor and control robot activity from the ground.
Advantages
Zero worker-at-height risk
HD Imagery
Precise location and dimension of damage
Efficient data-to-report workflow
Low operational downtime between and during inspections
No wind or documentation limitations (EOLOS)
Up to 5 turbines inspected per day (EOLOS)
Adaptable flight paths for any blade model (BOREAS)
Up to 7-10 turbines inspected per day (BOREAS)
