High definition Inspection of the interior of the blades in high definition
It is a small mobile robot design to remotely operate inside the blade and provide inspection of the adhesive bond in the main spars.
The Cerberus robot, is being developed to move around the inside of the blade, even in the presence of grease, water and small obstables (glue, inside cables, etc) recording the areas of interest so it can be analyzed by an expert.
The robot include 2 moving cameras for inspection with its own light, the software will add the distance to the root to the video feed, and it will offer an online tool to estimate the dimension of the damages detected. The robot is also equipped with an additional camera in the front for the direction.
